Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Domestic Orders (Within the United States): We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most domestic orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Standard/Daylight Time (MST/MDT) will be shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will typically be processed on the next business day. Fulfillment and shipping time is not guaranteed.
- International Orders: International orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. While most international orders are fulfilled within 1 business day, please allow up to 3 business days for fulfillment due to additional customs documentation and processing requirements. Fulfillment and shipping time is not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight/dimensions of your order. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to use an alternative service or courier faster or equivalent to the selected shipping service.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Our primary carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (international only).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Please be advised that all shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes instances where packages are delayed, refused, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
LCI Motorsports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. While we take great care in packaging your items securely, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit.
- If your package is lost or stolen: Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first, as packages are sometimes misdelivered.
- If your package arrives damaged: Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item(s). Contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage and file a claim. You may also wish to take photos of the damaged package and contents.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. LCI Motorsports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For all international orders, including orders with free international shipping, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. LCI Motorsports has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
If a recipient refuses delivery or refuses to pay any associated import fees, all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any return costs incurred due to refusal of delivery shall be deducted from any refund.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
LCI Motorsports reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
